Each jewelry offering seen here has been designed and handcrafted in my home studio outside of Asheville, using high quality gemstones and recycled silver. As a one-woman rodeo, there are several policies outlined here that I strictly adhere to, in order to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Please read these guidelines before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree that you have read and understand the shop policies. Orders within the United States ship via USPS First Class, tracked and fully insured within 1-3 business days, unless the item is made to order. Such items have to either be made from scratch or finished in the buyer's size, please allow 5-10 business days production and processing time. Your item will ship once finished, and I will provide tracking numbers once sent.
If for any reason you would like to add on a signature requirement, please contact me under the "Contact" form at the top of the website and let me know. An additional charge is applied if a signature is required at time of delivery.
I provide as many photographs and as much information as possible on every item, therefore I do not accept returns in the event something is the incorrect size or if it is no longer wanted. Please ensure you know your ring size before purchasing! Most brick and mortar jewelry stores will provide this service free of charge, otherwise there are charts to be found online to measure at home. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, but ONLY if I have not already shipped your item.
Rumination Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen in transit. If you haven't received your item, you can file a missing package report to USPS who will either try and retrieve your package or refund you.
If your package arrives damaged please take photographs of the damage and contact me immediately to begin the claim process.
In the event the address provided on checkout is incorrect, I will not refund or replace the item. If the item is returned to me, it is the buyers' responsibility to pay for new shipping costs.
